"Dalandan" Cupcakes (Philippine Orange Cupcakes)

Moist vanilla buttermilk cupcakes with fresh dalandan (philippine orange) juice, topped with royal icing flavored with more dalandan. 

I couldn't resist tasting one still warm from the oven. 

Let's just say, a bite wasn't enough to "taste" it...

Greek Pizza

I don't know if you can really call it that but this pizza was made with ingredients inspired by Greek cuisine...and a little more ;)

homemade olive oil pizza dough, slices of plump tomatoes, black olives, purple sweet peppers, crumbly feta, mozzarella cheese and more olive oil

stringy cheese...yum!

Greek Salad

Fresh and plump organic tomatoes, crisp cucumber, salty feta marinated in herbs, sliced black and green olives all doused with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, sprinkling of sea salt and finished off with fresh parlsey from the garden torn right on top...
