I usually skip breakfast. 
Yes, yes. I know it's the most important meal of the day. 
But as soon as I wake up, I have a gazillion things on my mind and a list of things to do. 
 Sunday brunches are non-existent on my book because I work on weekends, 
but weekday brunches can be just as divine...
Fluffy vanilla pancakes dusted with sugar, topped with fresh fruits and a drizzle of syrup
Smoked ham, mozzarella and cheddar cheese omelet with homemade whole wheat bread 
Cap this off with a mug of pipping hot black coffee and I'm good to go
Happy days...
